Thomas M. Arnold joined
the firm as an articling student following his graduation
from Dalhousie Law School in 2005 and became a partner in
2008. He specializes in family and civil litigation. He
has extensive experience in property division, child custody
and access disputes, spousal and child support and related
matters. His civil litigation practice includes business
disputes, construction liens, shareholder and partnership
disputes, collections and employment law matters. He regularly
attends before various courts of the Province of Ontario
and on behalf of clients at mediation and arbitration.
In addition, Mr. Arnold practices
real estate and real estate development representing clients
before Town Council, the Committee of Adjustment and Consent,
and administrative tribunals including the Ontario Municipal
Board.
Mr. Arnold is an active member
of the Halton Hills community where he is a life long resident
and an avid sports enthusiast.
