Steven C. Foster
is a partner in the firm. He specializes in family and civil
litigation. He has extensive experience in divorce and family
law, including, child custody and access, support, property
division and related matters. His civil litigation practice
extends to partnership disputes, derivative actions and
shareholder disputes, collections, construction liens, judicial
sales, estate accounting and litigation.
He regularly attends before the trial and appeal divisions
of the courts of the Province of Ontario.
In addition, Mr. Foster carries
on a solicitor's practice, including, providing advice and
representation to clients in the areas of real estate, estate
planning and business law including corporate governance,
acquisition and finance for small and medium size businesses.
Mr. Foster is an active volunteer
and has a keen interest in the local heritage of Halton
Hills, where he maintains an active membership in a number
of local and municipal heritage groups.
