Herbert T. Arnold is a
partner in the firm. He specializes in real estate development.
He has extensive experience representing clients before
administrative tribunals, including the Ontario Municipal
Board and Joint Boards. He acts as general counsel to corporate
clients with an emphasis on real estate, including, mergers,
acquisitions and financing and obtaining development approvals
such as rezonings, severances, plans of subdivision and
condominiums.
In addition, he conducts a general
practice providing expertise and advice on a host of matters,
including estate planning, corporate organization and restructuring,
employment law, collections, and family law.
Mr. Arnold is a life-long resident
of Halton Hills, where he remains actively involved in the
community. He has a lengthy history of involvement as a
director or member of local agencies and charitable groups
and is corporate counsel to many local companies.
